With more than 33 years of experience in healthcare leadership, operations, and strategic growth, Louis has built a reputation for fostering high-performing teams, advancing operational excellence, and creating lasting value for residents, families, providers, and partners.

BJ Bergeron, CPA

BJ Bergeron, CPA serves as Vice President of Gulf Coast LTC Partners, bringing more than 33 years of experience in financial accounting and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles including Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President, providing strategic financial oversight and operational guidance across the healthcare industry. At Gulf Coast LTC Partners, BJ helps oversee financial operations, support long-term planning, and promote continued financial strength and operational excellence. His experience, integrity, and commitment to sound financial management make him a valued member of the executive leadership team.

Chief Operating Officer

Jared Risinger, RN, BSN, SMQT, LNFA

Jared Risinger serves as Chief Operating Officer of Gulf Coast LTC Partners. He is a Registered Nurse, former SMQT-certified surveyor, and Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator with more than 12 years of service at Gulf Coast LTC Partners. Jared is passionate about supporting residents, families, caregivers, and facility teams while helping build strong organizations and healthy communities. His leadership is grounded in compassion, accountability, and the belief that every decision should begin with what is best for the residents entrusted to each community's care.

Chief Financial Officer

Ryan Rudloff

Ryan Rudloff serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gulf Coast LTC Partners, bringing more than 20 years of financial experience to the organization. A Certified Public Accountant with an MBA, Ryan has spent much of his career in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on using financial insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance. At Gulf Coast LTC Partners, Ryan oversees financial strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis. He works closely with leadership to strengthen financial processes, enhance visibility into operating performance, and develop scalable systems to support the organization's continued growth. His approach combines financial discipline with an emphasis on data, technology, and process improvement.
